a pocket folio and sales slip sheets to generate interested
buyers for this 2000 acre property, after it had languished
on the market for eight years. The challenge brought to
us was to use numerous photos of the property in a montage
on the cover that both positioned and sold the features
of the equine estate to prospective buyers. They were direct
mailed to over 2000 realtors and developers throughout the
Washington metropolitan area. It took only 30 days to get
a contract on this property at the desired price, once the
new pocket folder was sent to the target audiences. Needless
to say, the client, Smithy-Braedon, was very pleased.
